Two thirds of enquiries, straight from Google

For a South Australian window furnishings business, organic search became the single biggest source of leads — no ad spend, no cost per click. Two thirds of all enquiries, just from showing up.

Overview

This is an Adelaide SEO case study you can actually verify — real numbers, no vanity metrics. People were already out there Googling what Dynamic Home Enhancements sells — shutters, blinds, roller shutters, the lot. The question was whether the site was there when they did. Over twelve months, steady SEO work made sure it was.

Below, the numbers straight from Google Analytics — where the enquiries came from, and how many.

The challenge

  • Paid ads were generating leads, but every enquiry had a cost attached to it
  • Organic search was underperforming for a business people were already Googling for
  • The site needed to earn its own enquiries — leads that didn’t require the meter to keep running

What I did

  • Audited and fixed the technical basics holding the site back from ranking
  • Sharpened the on-page so each key page was earning its place in search results
  • Built and improved content that answered what people were actually searching
  • Tightened up local search signals so the right people in the right areas found it
  • Kept the work consistent — SEO isn’t a one-month job

The result

1,934 enquiries — two thirds straight from Google

That’s what happens when the site earns its place in search results. Over twelve months organic search brought in 1,934 enquiries — 66% of everything that came through — and the enquiries kept coming whether or not the ads were running. Two thirds of them didn’t cost a cent in ad spend.

To be clear: these are enquiries — people raising their hand, not confirmed sales. But at zero cost per click for two thirds of them, the economics work. That’s the kind of return an honest SEO case study can stand behind.

“We’d always relied on paid ads, so I didn’t expect much from SEO. Felipo proved me wrong — within a year, organic search was bringing in more enquiries than anything else, and two thirds of them cost us nothing per click. It’s the most dependable lead source we’ve got now, running quietly in the background whether the ads are on or off.”
